With over 15 years of experience from both the property owner side and the rental advisory side, we work strategically both nationally and internationally. Through our broad and developed network of contacts among Swedish property owners, we can act quickly and efficiently solve tailor-made premises for establishments. We are also helpful in negotiations, lease agreements, block rentals and project rentals and offer help with sales and transfers of commercial and restaurant premises.

Not least, warehouses and logistics properties are an important focus area where we offer specialist knowledge.
