Cookies
A cookie – or cookie as it is also called – is a small text file that is saved in your browser.
There are two types of cookies: permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile phone for a certain period of time – until you or the server that sent them deletes them. Session cookies are stored temporarily to facilitate your visit to the website and disappear when you close your browser.
New view Broker’s cookies
Lokal & Co Sverige’s website uses Google Analytics to collect information about how our visitors use the website. It can be about which pages are most popular, which operating system or which browser the visitors use and whether they are often met with error messages on certain pages. The data is then used to develop and improve the website. New view Mäklare uses Google’s anonymization function, but in cases where Google accesses personal data, Google is considered the personal data controller. You can read more about how the processing takes place and about your rights in Google’s privacy policy.
If you do not want to allow cookies
Most browsers are set to allow the storage of cookies. If you do not want to allow cookies, you can set your browser so that you receive a warning every time a website wants to place a cookie on you. You can also choose to completely turn off the storage of cookies. Information on how to do this can be found in the browser’s help function. Please note that this may cause some websites to not perform quite as well as they are designed to do.
The law on cookies
According to the Electronic Communications Act, everyone who visits a website with cookies must have access to information about the website containing cookies and how they are used. You will find more about this at The Swedish Post and Telecommunications Authority’s website.
